| Services: | Located in the scenic western mountains of Maine, the Franklin Community Health Network (FCHN), is a locally controlled, nonprofit, integrated network of rural health-care providers, created by Franklin Memorial Hospital in 1991. The network now includes five affiliates. Franklin Memorial Hospital, a 70 bed acute-care facility. Healthy Community Coalition promotes health and well-being through disease prevention, health education, and community building. Pine Tree Medical Associates, a multi-specialty, group practice; and Western Maine Physicians-Hospital Organization, a negotiating entity made up of 39 area physicians and the hospital. |
