Franklin Memorial Hospital: Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, Maine, is a progressive, friendly, nonprofit community general hospital whose mission is to provide high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered health care to west central Maine. The hospital actively works with the community and with other health-care providers to integrate services and ensure the health of people within its service area.

Pine Tree Pediatrics: Pine Tree pediatricians focus on the care and well being of children from birth to adolescence. They provide preventive and well childcare, immunizations and treat diseases and illnesses of children through adolescence. Pine Tree Women's Care: Pine Tree Women's Care specializes in the medical and surgical care for women throughout their lifetime. They offer special expertise for care in pregnancy and childbirth and for disorders of the reproductive system. Western Maine Community Action: Tri-County Health Services: The Western Maine Community Action Tri-County Health Services provides health education and medical services to people in the Greater Franklin County Area. Women's Care: Routine physicals (including breast & pelvic exams and pap smears), birth control counseling & supplies, emergency contraception, treatment of common gyn problems, pregnancy testing and options counseling, pre-pregnancy counseling, prenatal counseling, education, & referral services, testing, diagnosis and treatment of STI’s (sexually transmitted infections), colposcopy and cryotherapy for evaluation and treatment of abnormal pap smears, midlife/menopause consultation and treatment, free pap smears and breast exams (if income eligible) through the Maine Breast and Cervical Health Program. Men's Care: Routine physicals testing, and diagnosis and treatment of STI’s (sexually transmitted infections). Both men and women: Anonymous HIV counseling and testing, (Auburn STD & Farmington), confidential HIV counseling and testing (all sites), school and sports physicals, cholesterol and other lab testing, and immunizations.

Healthy Community Coalition

Founded in 1989, Healthy Community Coalition (HCC) is an affiliate of the Franklin Community Health Network with a mission of promoting health and well-being in Franklin County and neighboring towns, including Livermore Falls.

The Franklin Resource Network

The mission of the Franklin Resource Network is to maximize resources in our community, enabling elders, people with disabilities, caregivers, and all residents to easily find information about, and gain access to, services and opportunities to contribute their gifts and talents.

This project is funded, in part, by an Aging and Disability Resource Center grant from the federal Administration on Aging and Center for Medicare and Medicaid services.
