| Services: | A "Family Place" Library. In addition to their regularly scheduled children's story times, Wilton Free Public Library will also offer interpreted story times through their Hands On PAH! program, which is dedicated to meeting the needs of the deaf and hard of hearing children and adults, and their families in western Maine. Interpreted story times will be at the library, the first Saturday of each month, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Deaf and hearing children and their families will enjoy stories that are deaf-centered, and children will have the opportunity to learn about Deaf culture, American Sign Language, and participate in an arts and crafts activity. Genealogy Resources and Services Library staff are not available to conduct research for patrons, however, we do have a rather extensive selection of genealogy resources (predominately pertinent for local area research) available for use by patrons.
