Clients:  Support for children ages 3 through 18, their parents and caregivers, and young adults 19-30.
Services:  The Center for Grieving Children provides peer support for children who are grieving the death or coping with the serious illness of a family member or friend.
The Center’s Mission: To provide loving support to grieving children, teens, families and the community through peer support, outreach & education. Please visit our website at www.cgcmaine.org!
Fees: No cost, donations welcome.
Volunteer Opportunities: The bi-monthly meetings are led by volunteers who have had 30 hours of training. You need not have worked with children to train, but you do need to be able to commit to a year’s worth of volunteering. Contact The Center for Grieving Children for more information. (207) 775-5216.
