Services:	Nurses reach out to members of the St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic parish community to serve others in their time of need. Nurses will provide spiritual comfort, emotional support and caring. Nurses also provide information, however, they do not provide clinical nursing or perform medical procedures. Nurses promote and support spiritual healing and wellness. Founded in 1989, Healthy Community Coalition (HCC) is an affiliate of the Franklin Community Health Network with a mission of promoting health and well-being in Franklin County and neighboring towns, including Livermore Falls.
