| Clients: | Mt. Abram Regional Health Center (MARHC)is a non-profit 501(c) organization, nestled near the base of Sugarloaf USA in the heart of Maine ski country, has been providing medical care to area residents since 1986. It is one of the eleven practices of HealthReach Community Health Centers, which delivers medical care in central and western Maine to 36,000 patients each year. In the last year, residents from Carrabasset Valley, Coplin and Dallas Plantation, Eustis, Kingfield, New Portland and Stratton, as well as other locations in Maine and beyond, utilized MARHC services. |

| Fees: | Payment is expected at time of service. If you cannot pay at this time, please make arrangements with the office before being seen. Personal checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Medicare, MaineCare, Anthem and most other insurance companies will automatically be billed. With many insurances, a co-pay is due at the time of your visit. An affordable Care Program is available to help patients who have trouble meeting the cost of health services. This plan is based on income and family size. Applications are available in each of the exam rooms, or by contacting the receptionist. All applications are confidential. |
