| Services: | Description: The Mount Phillip Trail is a moderate grade trail that heads north from the road through a well-wooded, mature forest of oaks and pines. About a half mile in, the trail reaches the base of a large, broken ledge. Follow the trail to the top of the ledge, where it turns left and continues a short distance to a rocky, partial clearing with views of Great Pond to the south and the Kennebec Highlands to the west. |
