Services:	The overall goal of the Maine Asthma Prevention and Control Program is to reduce the burden of asthma in our state, thereby improving the health and quality of life for all citizens affected by asthma. To provide leadership for and coordination of asthma prevention and intervention activities.

Founded in 1989, Healthy Community Coalition (HCC) is an affiliate of the Franklin Community Health Network with a mission of promoting health and well-being in Franklin County and neighboring towns, including Livermore Falls.
