| Services: | The HealthCard is a credit card sized card that identifies the cardholder as a member of the Franklin Community Health Network. Located on the back is a magnetic strip that when scanned, provides the medical identification number and brings up the cardholder’s basic information for use at registration. FCHN encourages every member of a family to have a HealthCard. The HealthCard can be used to aid in accurate registration at Franklin Memorial Hospital. Additionally, more than 300 Community Businesses are offering savings when you present your HealthCard. |
