| Services: | Whether it's for an earache, regular yearly checkup, or a more serious illness, our board-certified pediatricians offer the health care kids desire and deserve. Some of our services include: · Physical exams · School and sports physicals · Sick visits · Well-child visits and immunizations · Management of chronic health conditions · Inpatient hospital care Parents and/or legal guardians are required to be present for all health maintenance/behavioral visits. When calling for an appointment, please help us schedule an adequate amount of time by describing the reason for your visit. For your first visit, we would ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms. If you must cancel your appointment for any reason, please call as early as possible, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for three scheduled appointments without notifying Pine Tree Pediatrics personnel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time will result in termination of our doctor-patient relationship. This policy is in consideration of our other patients' needs for those appointments, and your physician's time. |
