| Services: | Our clinicians and staff take pride in offering high quality outpatient family medicine services to adults and children in a friendly, small office setting. Clinicians include: Mary Dunlap, FNP; Michael Rowland, MD, MPH; and Janice Lee, DO. Some of our services include: * Physical exams * No-scapel vasectomy services every Friday (performed by Dr. Rowland) * Family Planning * Women's health exams * Sick visits * Disability exams * Newborn and well-child visits * School and sports physicals * Cryotherapy for wart removal * On-site blood work and lab services * Evergreen Behavioral Services counselor on site once a week Prescription Refills - Please contact us at least 48 hours before you will need to have prescriptions refilled. Appointment Cancellation - If you cannot make it to an appointment, please let us know ahead of time. Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated when possible. This helps us meet the needs of all of our patients. |
