Clients:  The uninsured and underinsured residents in the Greater Franklin County area who meet income guidelines.
Services:  Prescription Assistance offers a program to assist people with access to affordable medications and a support program for the uninsured and underinsured diabetics. The staff will do all it can to help get needed medications. They will assist to find generic medications at lower costs or, if possible. The Prescription Assistance program can help you with access to affordable prescription medications. We will help you apply for medications provided directly from pharmaceutical companies that are offered at low cost or sometimes even free. We will also help, if you’re eligible, to get discount drug cards or free samples. They will also work with doctors to see if there is a less costly medication available.

Healthy Community Coalition

Founded in 1989, Healthy Community Coalition (HCC) is an affiliate of the Franklin Community Health Network with a mission of promoting health and well-being in Franklin County and neighboring towns, including Livermore Falls.

The Franklin Resource Network

The mission of the Franklin Resource Network is to maximize resources in our community, enabling elders, people with disabilities, caregivers, and all residents to easily find information about, and gain access to, services and opportunities to contribute their gifts and talents.
