Clients:  Community at large, teachers, parents, and children.
Services:  The Resource Depot is a nonprofit, private organization that collects clean, safe, cast-offs from Maine industries and individuals and sells them to you at really low cost. It encourages creative re-use of a great variety of materials. The Depot runs workshops for teachers, parents and kids. Special workshops for kids of all ages are offered for Valentine's Day, during the month of July ("Arts & Crafts"), and at Halloween (masking making!). It also opens for school classes, day care groups and other organizations and individuals. Call for details.

The Resource Depot offers many resources including paper, envelopes, plexi-glass, fabric, leather, boxes, Popsicle sticks, wood turnings, dowels, plastic tubes, buttons, shoe laces, cardboard tubes, yarn, colorful plastic shapes, foam, telephone wire, egg cartons, containers, magazines and much more at low cost. Great for teachers, parents, and children.
