| Services: | Community Concepts offers door-to-door, escorted transportation services for seniors 60 or older for free, or at a reduced rate through the Elder Rides Program.
The Elder Rides Program provides door-to-door escorted service to medical appointments, shopping, or social activities. Clients are encouraged to call 48 hours in advance to schedule their ride, which is provided by volunteer drivers.
