| Services: | Elder Independence of Maine connects over 3,000 consumers throughout Maine with home care services. EIM coordinates the delivery of in-home services through a network of 200 contracted providers. EIM is determined to service all consumers with a care management system that: Equips consumers with information about care options. Protects the consumers’ right to self-direct. Coordinates service in a manner that seeks to reduce fragmentation of care, promote quality of life and positively influence social welfare. Advocates on behalf of the consumer. Maintains services while also remaining cost-cost-effective. Treats all people with respect and an attitude of service. EIM services eligibility are determined through an assessment by Goold Health Systems (GHS). |
