| Services: | Harris House is an Intermediate Care Facility for the Mentally Retarded (ICF/MR) with nursing needs. To be eligible for admission the primary diagnosis must be Mental Retardation, and second there must be complex medical needs that require a Nurse 24/7. People who live here stay for many many years so vacancies are rare |
