Services:	The “Zone’s” mission is to revitalize the heart of the communities of Phillips, Madrid, and Avon in a spirit of helping each other and benefiting and nurturing our youth. The Zone started first as a youth oriented organization focusing on Staying Alcohol (and Drug) Free Everyday (the "SAFE Zone"). Today, in cooperation with HCC and the Boys and Girls Club at the "Old Gym" in Phillips, the Zone offers multiple activities for middle- and high school-aged kids and community events for youth and adults of all ages.
