Also enjoy swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, horseshoe pit, volleyball net and snowmobiling off the trail (ITS 84 & 89), midway between Pittsburg, NH and Oquossoc, ME.
Why not include Bosebuck Mountain Camps in your Snowmobiling Plans this winter. Bosebuck is directly on the trail (ITS 84) in Maine on the NH border, approximately midway between Pittsburg, NH and Rangeley, ME. Overnight lodging, gas, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and ME snowmobile registrations are provided. The facility is at an elevation of about 1600 ft in the heart of the Maine/NH snowbelt. Due to the elevation and mountain effects, it often snows at camp everyday. It is not uncommon to experience white-out conditions at camp while it is sunny in Rangeley, Errol and Pittsburg. Be sure and watch our Web Cams and see for yourself. At Bosebuck, you are already in the heart of the best riding there is. So, just bring your sleds and be ready for a unique experience like none other. Twelve cabins have been winterized with electric and propane heat and wood stoves, so they are comfy and cozy. Limited Access Policy Statement Bosebuck Mountain Camps is located amidst a 250,000 acre wilderness. A major portion of this area is gated by the landowner, prohibiting access by the general public but permitting access by our Guests on a limited/restricted basis. The area of the Upper Magalloway river is crisscrossed with a complex network of active logging roads. Out of our genuine concern for guest safety, new visitors to Bosebuck are strongly advised to secure the services of a Licensed Maine Guide for, at a minimum, the first day of their trip into the Upper River area. The policy north of the gates is "catch and release" As always, the Big and Little Magalloway Rivers below Parmachenee Lake, as well as Aziscohos Lake and the Lower River, are all readily accessible. In these areas, professional guides services are also available if needed.
