| Clients: | Tiny Tot Classes are fast paced, challenging activities allow your child to have fun while mastering a number of basic gymnastics skills in a structured 40 minute class. This class is designed to develop motor skills, coordination and fitness levels in your 2 to 4 year old.
Beginners One hour class for the child who has never participated in a structured gymnastics class
Intermediate This class is for the child who has taken Beginners and still needs to polish some of the skills. Can do cartwheel, backward roll, and forward roll.
Advanced The Advanced Class is for the child who has taken Intermediate and needs to polish some of those skills. Can do back walkover and front limber.
Level 1 One hour class for the student who has mastered the basic skills and are now ready to do more advanced skills.
Pre-Competitive Team Because of the large number of pre-team gymnasts, Decal Gymnastics offers its own Level 2 , 3 and 4 intersquad league. This allows young gymnasts the opportunity to showcase their skills in a nonthreatening environment.
Competitive Teams Decal Gymnastics offers the competitive gymnast numerous opportunities to showcase their advanced skills by participating in both the USA Junior Olympic Program as well as the Maine YMCA Gymnastics League. Team membership is by coach's invitation only.
Cheering This class is designed for the cheerleader who would like to polish their tumbling skills. Beginners skills through advanced skills are taught. Special emphasis on back hand springs.

| Services: | Decal offers a range of gymnastics classes for all ages. There is tumbling for cheerleaders too. Gym rental for birthday parties and other occasions is also available. |

| Services: | Offering classes for first graders through adults in Ballet, Jazz and Tap. Classes run in 10 week sessions: Fall Session runs September - December, Winter/Spring Session runs January through April, observing school holidays and cancellations. The Annual Dance Concert is in early April. No classes are held in the summer months. |
