Offices are located in Farmington, Auburn, Norway, and Rumford. Confidential HIV/AIDS counseling and testing are available at all locations.
The sexual Transmitted Disease (STD) Clinic is in Auburn. It also offers services at Sacopee Valley Health Center in Kezar Falls. All services are confidential. No one will be told that you are a client here or release any information about you unless you ask us to. |
