The agency receives funding from individual donors, local organizations such as the United way, and state and federal sources.

New Beginnings also provides Residential Services such as Emergency shelters to children ages 12-17. They also provide Transitional Living for developing skills for independent living.

This is available for children ages 16-20. New Beginnings also has HIV prevention and training for youth.
