Services:  After school program with organized activities at the UMF Fitness and Recreation Center, including swimming, physical fitness activities, and arts and crafts. Registration is required in advance.

The program is open from 3-5pm Monday – Friday. A monthly calendar is given to parents indicating some of the daily activities that are planned. The program is closed on MSAD #9 half-days or no school days and these days are indicated on the calendar. Mondays and Fridays are gym activities, Tuesday and Thursdays are pool activities, and Wednesdays are arts and crafts.

The program is designed for children ages 5-12. When there is a small group, the children participate in activities together regardless of age. When there is a large group, older participants are offered alternative activities.

Fees:  $2 per child per day for members. $4 per child per day for non-members.

Pay per Semester option: $150 for non-members and $100 for members.

Paperwork must be completed prior to participation and the fees must be paid as well. Weekly registration and payment is encouraged. Most parents register Monday for the week. Some pay in advance for the entire month/semester when they know which days of the week their child will be attending. There is no set number of days for participation. If your child will begin attendance during the spring semester, we have a reduced registration fee if you are able to pay in advance for the entire semester. This does not require that your child attend everyday. It simply alleviates the need for the parent to pay per day/week every Monday.

Hours:

The program is open from 3-5pm Monday – Friday.
