Clients:  All who love the outdoors!
Services:  Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, trout and land-locked salmon fishing. One of the more productive fishing grounds is just off the 3,000’ of lake frontage. The regular fishing season starts after ice-out (about mid-May) and ends September 30th. Swimming cove with sandy bottom and swim float, horseshoe pits and volleyball court, docks for your boat, canoe or kayak. Connector trail from the lake to ITS 84, so you can snowmobile from your cabin to enjoy nearly 150 miles of groomed trails, with connections to New Hampshire and Canada. Other winter activities include snowshoeing or cross country skiing via woodland paths.

Directions:

I-95 North/Exit 75 (formerly Exit 12) (Auburn): Take Route 4 North to Farmington & Rangeley. In Sandy River Plantation, turn left on South Shore Drive (Rangeley Lake State Park Rd.) continue for 4 miles to our entrance sign on the right.

I-95/Exit 75 (formerly Exit 12) (Auburn): Take Route 4 North to Turner, turn left on Route 108 to Mexico. Take Scenic Route 17 north past Height of Land and Rangeley Overlook. About 2 miles beyond the Overlook, turn right on South Shore Drive. Our entrance sign is on the left just about a mile beyond the State Park.

From New Hampshire: Take Route 16 east to Route 4 in Oquossoc, turn right towards Oquossoc Village. In the Village, turn left on Route 17 south, continue to South Shore Drive on the left. Our entrance sign is on the left just about a mile beyond the State Park.

Mid-June - September (Labor Day): Saturday to Saturday $850.00/week

Off-Season September (Labor Day) - December 1st, May - Mid-June (Closed April)

(2-night minimum stay): $145.00/night

Weekly: $675.00

December 1 - April 1:

2 - Nights (Friday & Sat.) $170.00/Night

Weekdays: $140.00/Night

3 Nights (Friday-Monday): $475.00

4 Nights (Monday-Friday) $450.00

Weekly: $880.00

Honeymoon Cabin (Year-Round):

2 Nights (Friday & Sat.): $135.00/Night

Weekdays (2-night min. stay): $115.00/Night

Weekly: $575.00

Sales Tax: The above rates are subject to a 7% Maine sales tax.

Deposits: $250.00 for Weekly reservations, $140.00 for all others. Balance due at Check-In

Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be made only with a 30-day notice of cancellation. There is a $20.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds in case of early departure.

Pets: We allow pets with an additional fee of $15.00 per day. They must be kept on a leash and attended to at all times.
