Clients:  Maple Lane Inn and Golf course was originally a 1790 tavern and inn built to accommodate travelers along the stagecoach line from Farmington to Portland by way of the Strictland Ferry, which was powered by a pulley system. Relocated to River Road, nestled between farms and the Androscoggin River, it now serves as part of Maple Lane Inn & Golf Course.

Services:  9-hole golf course open year round, plays to a par 70 and is 6038 yards in length, with a slope of 118. Other activities include hunting (November), nearby fishing, snowmobile trail (runs adjacent to the Inn), cross-country skiing (all winter), ice skating on site (all winter).

I-95 North to the Maine Turnpike, North to Exit 12 Auburn, Rte 4 North to Livermore Falls, right on River Road before Androscoggin River Bridge, follow 5 miles to Maple Lane.

From Points North:

South on Maine Turnpike to Augusta, Rte 202 Exit, west to Rte 17 South to Livermore Falls, right to Rte 4 South. Go over the Androscoggin River Bridge and take a quick left after bridge to River Rd. and follow 5 miles to Maple Lane.

The Franklin Resource Network

The mission of the Franklin Resource Network is to maximize resources in our community, enabling elders, people with disabilities, caregivers, and all residents to easily find information about, and gain access to, services and opportunities to contribute their gifts and talents.

This project is funded, in part, by an Aging and Disability Resource Center grant from the federal Administration on Aging and Center for Medicare and Medicaid services.
