| Clients: | Rangeley Region Health Center (RRHC) resides in a corner of Maine characterized by multiple opportunities for year-round recreation due to its vast array of lakes, forests, and wildlife. Since 1994, The health center has offered a full range of healthcare services to patients of all ages. During the past year, local residents from Dallas and Lincoln Plantations, Madrid, Magalloway, Rangeley, Sandy River and other towns as well as visitors "from away" utilized services at the Health Center. RRHC is one of the eleven practices of HealthReach Community Health Centers, which delivers medical care in central and western Maine to 36,000 patients each year. |

| Fees: | Cost depends on service requested. All major insurance companies and managed care health plan, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Cigna, as well as Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.
A Sliding Fee Program is offered through funding from the U.S. Bureau of Primary health Care. This program, based on family size and income, is available for patients who qualify. |
