Clients:  Rangeley Region Health Center (RRHC) resides in a corner of Maine characterized by multiple opportunities for year-round recreation due to its vast array of lakes, forests, and wildlife. Since 1994, The health center has offered a full range of healthcare services to patients of all ages. During the past year, local residents from Dallas and Lincoln Plantations, Madrid, Magalloway, Rangeley, Sandy River and other towns as well as visitors "from away" utilized services at the Health Center. RRHC is one of the eleven practices of HealthReach Community Health Centers, which delivers medical care in central and western Maine to 36,000 patients each year.

Free vouchers for nicotine patches and gum are available to eligible patients at all eleven HealthReach Community Health Centers (HRCHC), including Kingfield, Rangeley, Strong and Livermore Falls.

Fees:  Cost depends on service requested. All major insurance companies and managed care health plan, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Cigna, as well as Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.

A Sliding Fee Program is offered through funding from the U.S. Bureau of Primary health Care. This program, based on family size and income, is available for patients who qualify.

Hours:  Regular office hours, some evenings and on call 24/7.

Founded in 1989, Healthy Community Coalition (HCC) is an affiliate of the Franklin Community Health Network with a mission of promoting health and well-being in Franklin County and neighboring towns, including Livermore Falls.

The Franklin Resource Network

The mission of the Franklin Resource Network is to maximize resources in our community, enabling elders, people with disabilities, caregivers, and all residents to easily find information about, and gain access to, services and opportunities to contribute their gifts and talents.
