Services:  Swedish Relaxation: Swedish Massage is the type of massage most people think of when they think of massage. It uses long flowing strokes, kneading, friction, vibration and percussion in a rhythmic motion. Swedish massage involves the manual manipulation of the soft tissues of the body such as muscles and skin. Its aim is to relieve stress, relax muscles, increase range of motion, promote healing and improve circulation. Deep Tissue: Deep Tissue Massage is a massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fiber’s of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
